Abstract Background Nebulized administration of dexamethasone on cytokine regulation in horses with moderate asthma has not been investigated. Objective To investigate the changes in expression of inflammatory cytokine mRNA after nebulized administration of dexamethasone treatment of horses with moderate asthma.
