Abstract
This study aims to determine green product innovation and green innovation processes on sustainable performance and whether there is an influence of managerial environmental concern that acts as a moderation. This study uses sampling method in the form of non-probability sampling. The sampling technique used in this study used purposive sampling. The analytical method used in this research is a quantitative analysis method. The results of this study indicate that green product innovation has no significant effect on sustainable performance, the green process innovation has a significant effect
