Bone tissue exhibits viscoelastic behavior, and stress relaxation analysis provides valuable insight into its time-dependent mechanical performance. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of allicin supplementation on the mechanical and viscoelastic properties of tibial bone in Bovans Brown laying hens.
